I went on my first short-term trip overseas in 2011 as a high school student and that was when God opened my eyes to some of the injustices that were happening around the world and compassion for those who were most vulnerable. I first heard about Remember Nhu through my home church and after hearing the impact of their ministries around the world, I knew that I wanted to be involved! I have been on two short-term trips with Remember Nhu, to Myanmar and Thailand, and after the last one to Thailand I felt God calling me to return. I am excited and grateful to be interning with Remember Nhu and my prayer is that God would use me as His vessel to show His love to others and serve those around me.
