About The Mobile Office
The Mobile Office would allow us to expand on a variety of programming that we already do in the Village Support Program allowing us to be able to do it on a bigger scale and serve the children better. We would also be able to bring more resources and tools with us to work with the children and families and have more control over the situation and environment. The main uses would be for the Village Support Program:
1. School Tutoring and Bible School
2. Parental Workshops (How to Better Protect Their Children)
3. Vocational Training (Cooking, Sewing, Etc)
4. Counseling/Therapy
Since we work in many different neighborhoods a Mobile Classroom would allow us to bring our office and tools to each of the villages. In the long run, we see it as more budget friendly instead of opening and furnishing many smaller offices in different locations around the city.
We are hoping we could even start Family Restoration within the Village Support Program if we have the bus. Please let me know what you think and if it is possible for us to raise $40,000-68,000 (depending if used or new) for this project. The photos in the proposal are just examples since I could not find exact items of what we would like to do.
